5 / Are sponsorship fees refundable?

Due to pre-committed production and promotional costs, sponsorship fees are generally non-refundable. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we will work with sponsors to provide equivalent value in alternative exposure or future events.

6 / How is AI included in the Summit?

AI sessions focus on governance, safety, readiness, and trusted adoption, not technical training. Sponsors benefit from brand association with responsible AI adoption, not hype.
