The Story of Dumontel Healthcare Consulting

The name “Dumontel” in Dumontel Healthcare Consulting LLC carries a deep and personal meaning to the company's founder, Carole W. Kamangu. It’s derived from the middle name of the founder’s youngest brother and symbolizes protection. This connection fuels the founder’s dedication, mirroring the desire to safeguard the health of the vulnerable – a mission that extends far beyond the realms of a professional commitment.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Carole recognized the increasing need for infection prevention and control expertise spanning various industries. To address this demand, Dumontel Healthcare Consulting was created with the primary mission of assisting organizations in attaining their infection prevention and control goals through strategic problem-solving and the provision of proven solutions. Carole credits both her personal achievements and the success of the company to her strategic approach of consistently seeking collaborations with experts whose skills complement or exceed her own.
