Private (One-on-One) Coaching
The emPOWER Coaching program is designed to provide a customized coaching plan based on the participant's needs and specific goals. This service also gives you access to our Powerful IP™ Exchange Hub, an exclusive online community where new infection preventionists connect and learn from their peer real-world experiences.
A coach is assigned to you based on their subject matter expertise to meet your specific needs and goals. We guide you through a detailed, step-by-step process to help you efficiently navigate the daily requirements of your position. Each participant gains additional access to an online learning platform and benefits from practice materials for real-world application. And best of all, this is all done on a schedule that's convenient for you and your coach!
Our program will help enhance your skills, boost your confidence and productivity, and reduce onboarding time on the job. Participation in our program requires a minimum of 4 sessions to realistically achieve effectiveness and results. Dumontel Healthcare Consulting provides coaching to new infection preventionists with up to 3 years of experience. All coaching and mentoring services are provided virtually through the company's online platforms. No services are provided in-person or on a different platform than what is provided by Dumontel Healthcare. This is to accommodate our diverse clientele from around the globe and ensure that our Clients have a streamlined experience with our carefully vetted experts.
Our coaches are subject matter experts who agree to maintain a set of ethical and moral standards, including confidentiality rules.
