Our Name
The name "Dumontel" may seem quite common in French-speaking communities; however, the company name "Dumontel Healthcare Consulting" carries a deeper, more personal meaning to the company's founder, Carole Wapa Kamangu.
Carole first came across the name "Dumontel" during her college days when discussing family history with her mother. Her mother shared the tale of Carole's late paternal grandfather, Rémy Dumontel, and how, in adolescence, Carole's youngest brother chose to adopt their grandfather's first name as his new middle name.
As the name of this company, it not only carries a deeper meaning for the owner but it also symbolizes protection of the vulnerable and help for those who need assistance. This profound connection fuels the founder’s dedication, mirroring the desire to safeguard the health of the vulnerable – a mission that extends far beyond the realms of a professional commitment.
